Man killers. Eaters is still debatable, though I wouldn't be surprised if they at least swallowed a few bites.
The eel would die. If the GATF bit it and the eel shocked it, the GATF's muscles would spasm and it would be forced to clamp down on the eel. This would deliver a likely lethal bite, even if the eel kills it in the process. The question is whether or not the eel would be able to kill the GATF before the bite is delivered.
I'm quite inclined to think that if the Goliath bit the eel and the eel gave it a shock in return, the GATF would spasm and get a 'death grip' on the eel. This would likely result in the death of both fish.
Granted the eel could likely kill the GATF through shock, but from what I understand these eels are more likely to try to hide or get away than to launch a preemptive strike against something else. The shock is a huge investment of energy and it would be a last resort from the eel. Someone correct me if I'm way off the base on this.
I don't see any GATF / electric eel interaction ending well for either fish if things go live.

Yeah that video is amazing. Effectively proves my death grip theory for the GATF / eel interaction.
Yeah goonch is hard to beat. Armored and massive. And has teeth. Would swallow and of the other fish in this thread whole.
