whats the worst thing u have done?

I pulled a gourami out of my tank and bashed it against a table because it was nipping my goldfish.

ahahaha o man. all i did with my gourami was a little conditioning. everytime it nipped at another fish, i would keep my hand above it, above the water. when it surfaced, i tapped it's head with a finger rather hard. it no longer nips at fish. idk about bashing it against a table, doesn't really give it a chance to show you if it has learned its lesson

I use to tap my betta on the head or cover the surface of the water, so it doesnt get a chance to come up for air, then after about 10 minutes, it was so stupid, like swimming weird and stuff, then when I pulled my ahdn away, it swam the fastest I had ever seen a betta swim. Actually jumped out of the water 2x its own size. Must of bin so happy.

Another thing is I had a dead SAE that jumped out after being in its tank for 3 hours, so I fed it to a praying mantas in my garden.

What is the worst thing you have done to a fish? Dosen't have to be on porpose. I think the Worst i have done, was uthanise a fish, but had a failed first attemp, so it made it worse. that sucked. I had several small convicts die, so i got a slingshot, and fired them at my wall. SPLAT (REMEMBER. they were already dead.) Once when a big 4" convict died, we played baseball with it (ALREADY DEAD). I guess the worst thing i have done to live fish was chug a thing of bottled water with feeder a dozen gups in it, but i guess they could have died worse (ive seen gars teeth spare threw them and the were still alive )

how do you fail at killing a fish? It doesn't seem that hard to me....But the worst i have done is let a tank go for months without a water change. they all lived, but still it was bad.

When I was about 14 I would fish down by the lake(Miami). I used to be afraid to take the hook out of the fish because they would flip around so much. Decided to beat the fish I caught against tree till they were dead so I could get the hook. Smartest idea i could think of at the time.

sometimes when i am changeing water and i see one of my large aggresive fish bullieing smaller fish, i take the algae scraper and stand up for the little guy, i've accually gotten into some rough fights with my pbass like that. or in other cases when i see them fighting at night i'll throw a magazine at the tank from across the room to skatter them.

Honestly i might still beat the royal crap outta a fish tonight because i still dont like reaching in and grabbing that hook. Thats why i just reel them in and tell my friends to take em off. Sorry guys i fish at home with a net.
