10 dats is WAY too much bioload for the rays. They need prestine waters. Not jumping to assumptions, but I think it is safe to say WQ is the obvious issue here. I hope you thin the load a bit or just HKN stock another tank so your rays can enjoy clean water..

Yeah unless you are doing 95% WC weekly there is no way your water will be fine with that bioload. Daily w/cs is a must with rays and your bioload.
