I guess all of you know how a T rex, Stegosaurus or Spinosaurus looked like. Thing is, they did most likely not look like that.
Take Spinosaurus for example. Its mostly portraied like that:

Problem: Such a sail would make mating impossible. Its also unlikely that a predator would have such a fragile structure on its back.

A bison has no sail on its back. Infact it has a hump that hold massive muscles. Same goes for Spinosaurus. There was no sail but a hump which did hold massive muscles which allowed him to move its head fast through the water to catch fish.
Another example is Stegosaurus. That species also could not mate if it was build up like it is portraied today.
And most Sauropods had their nostrils high on their head. Why? Only explanation is that:
