Whats wrong with dinosaur reconstruction?

The problem with this is there's no evidence that it has muscles over the long spines. You have to look at the muscle attrachments on the bones. Then you have to look at the lifestyle of Spinosaurus, the megafauna, the prey items and the environment and tells me why a hump doesn't fit in this theory.
the hump theory fits perfect. There is strng evidenve those spines did hold muscles. It ate fish. Those muscles allowed it to move its massive head very fast against the water pressure. Thats my idea and i won't change it.

Show us facts to back up this idea.
We need proof not "your idea" that you won't change now. With the way science and studies change, you'll be changing your idea and I'm guessing you'll be dead set on only your answer being correct.

Open your mind a bit instead of being so close minded. Lots of ppl made valid points on hear that you can't back up, only able to back up with what you think.

After all in one post you said it's jaw is fragile like a gharial and then a few posts later you took that back and said it's not a fragile jaw.

Then why Spinosaurus' relatives lack of the hump, yet they are fully capable to move its' "massive" head and able to capture fish? Honestly your theory doesn't fit the skeleton design and also muscle structure. Not mentioned that Spino's spines weren't that thick.

In red, thats too bad. You need to look for a new job man. Not to be a douche but if confronted with problems with your theory and the refusal to change your opinion to fit the facts is whats wrong with the scientific community today. Science is about forming an opinion around the facts, NOT bending facts around your opinion.

There is MASSIVE, and i do mean massive issues with the hump theory as pointed out. Look at the camel's skeleton. No bones in its hump. No place for the muscles to attach to the bones. Look at them dude.

No other animals that eat the way it appears to have such a hump.

MN and I have poked hole after hole in the hump theory. Please, explain to us why we are wrong, rather than turtle up and say thats my story and Im sticking to it.

as I mentioned earlier I think it is a male only display organ. Many organisms develop structures that would be wasteful because they display how effective a male is at surviving. look at deer. the largest species grew antlers so large it couldn't even enter dense woodlands or else it would get tangled, look at the vibrant colours a variaty of male birds, reptiles, and fish develop that make them stand out like a sore thumb to predators. heck wild guppies will even play chicken with each other in front of predators to attract mates. These structures and behaviours make males seem ridiculous and suicidal to us but make females want to mate with that particular male.
 
OP, Perciform fish have hard dorsal rays that connect to the dorsal muscle, and then to the spine, and are used to raise and lower the first dorsal fin. You can break them, and I'm sure it hurts the fish, but it wouldnt KILL them. Why couldnt that be the case with the Dinosaur in question?
