I got him 6 weeks ago and have not seen him eat once since i got him. I do a daily water change of 15% and feed him good quality foods but he still doesnt eat he just floats in the food.He swims around the tank a little but very slowly. Any help would be fine.

Yes, the conditions are important. What are the tankmates? The fish sure looks emaciated. Discus usually don't recover from wasting away.

I feed them frozen brine shrimp, spriluna shrimp, mysis shrimp frozen and freeze dried blood worms. 4 discus including him. the biggest discus is about 2" A clown loach about 1.5 to 2" 10 glowlight tetras and 2 ottos. the temp. is around 82 to 84. nitrate is about 15 and nitrite is 0 the hardness is 300

Mmm all sounds pretty good although I am thinking it could be a situation where it is getting bullied. Could just also be a sickly specimen. I would seriously consider moving it to a tank of its own.
