Whats wrong with him?

It's possible it could be internal parasites, although I have seen discus in the past, just stop eating and waste away, while no other fish in the tank was affected. I guess one would never know for sure what causes this, unless the fish was autopsied upon it's death. It wouldn't be worth the cost, even if you find someone knowledgeable enough to perform it. Unfortunately, death is certain for this fish unless it starts eating, and it's not likely to happen.

how would it get a parasite and is there a way to like force feed it or something?

Well, I was just thinking, as you said you got it in Sept. and it hasn't eaten. Sometimes a fish can carry a parasite for a long time without outwardly harming the fish. Then when the fish gets stressed, such as in moving the fish, along with a change in temp., PH, etc., the already weakened immune system just overloads, and the fish becomes ill. I'm not saying that's what happened, it was just a thought. Or, maybe it just won't eat freeze dried food. I've had fish like this. Although, it's unlikely IMO it would refuse the freeze dried food this long, but you never know. You could try some frozen blood worms, always a discus favorite, and see if it will eat. You would have nothing to lose, your other fish will gobble these up I'm sure. I've heard of people force feeding fish with syringes, I've never tried this myself.

I feed my fish frozen blood worms once a week.I will feed it to them tonight and see if he eats it. And if he does have a parasite is there a way to find it and kill it?

Well, you could try a Metro treatment. Pull the fish out of the display and into a QT tank. Crank the heat to 90 degrees. Then treat with Metronidazole. This will treat for parasites as well as bacterial. After treatment, see if the fish will eat frozen bloodworms. Do a 50% water change, repeat. I would do this 2 or 3 times. I should add, when you crank the heat up to 90, be sure you have good aeration, heat decreases oxygen.
