whats wrong with my anemone

Could just be from washing hands before cleaning. Just something I read.
Nitrates seem low, they should be higher for the anemone and any possible corals.
Any fish? Could be irritated from a clown trying to host (if you have one).
What is the lighting, flow, etc.?

yeah I don't really excessively feed but I have 3 types of zoas ranging from 3 polyps to like 5 and I have a hammer coral which I added yesterday to my tank

Mmmmm nitrates 0, probably a bit low for anemone. Assume ph and other readings are stable and hence magnezium level ok.

Also, what is the flow like in the tank, anemone don’t want huge flow but do like a reasonable flow, providing it is not too strong and they can still catch good particles. They will obviously move if too strong and they don’t like it.
