I was thinking the extension cord with no drip loop plus it shouldn't below tank-level in case of leaks or blow-outs

Well, that wasn't the first time I found it empty if that helps my case any

Okay,I notice that the front openings do not look to be at the same height or levels.

The center opening is lower than the two sides because I put a header across the four foot span.
