An Aldabra Tortoise would be sweet if you had a large secure back yard! There was a good article about them in the new reptiles magazine.

Bit of topic, but is it actually a good magazine?
Aldabras are cool. A zoo near me think that they may actually have a similar but far rarer species (thought to be extinct at one time), Dipsochelys hololissa, and it was only recently since they started questioning why this "Aldabra" looks different.

It is actually a pretty good magazine, a lot of ads, but it is definetly worth the read. You learn a lot about new and diferrent animals.

my dream reptile would be a pack of 8 Megaraptors (picture a 6-8 meter long velocoraptor). wait, those are extinct. my new dream reptile is a pair of salt water crocodiles.:D

I would love Brakkenjan and Alf!!

Oh...wait...no one here knows who they are? But still, that'll be real awesome!!

I've always had my eye on a croc... A nile croc would certainly do the trick!

My dream reptile would be some sort of a boa morph, my favorites are anery's, hypos, and albinos. I would probably get an albino boa, an anery het albino and a hypo het albino so i could make sunglows.

Interesting thread. If I had to pick one herp, and only one. It'd have to be Crotalus lepidus morulus.
