whats your favorite arowna and why

My favorite arowana is the one that I can afford -- a silver. I paid $60 for mine and that's as much as I'm willing to pay for any fish. I can only admire the other types of arowana from a distance, because silvers are the most affordable.
 
I love all aros, and I feel bad choosing a fav! I think a chili red would be my dream fish. But I live in the U.S. so that's just not happening! I have a black aro now, and my boyfriend will be giving me a silver (best boyfriend ever!) there is something unique about the black and silvers as their body type is soo amazing.
 
I find them all beautiful. At first I had a preference for the silver and black becuase of there body shape but now I find it very difficult to choose especially after seeing Koji's "absolute gold". So In the end I guess I want them all.

I have a black and the silver, and they are fun and nice to have but after recently buying the Australian arrow to add to my addition i love their swin pattern in that they don't just swim at the top all the time, they swim at difffernt level of the tank, plus I think after having silv and black for so long, I am looking forward to the differnt body shape of the aust arrow adn teh gold color. As for the Asian, I lived in Japan for three years, they are some beautiful fish, and it would be a drream to have one of each species living in the same tank but thats a dream as I can not afford an asian even if they were for sale in the US..
 
Blacks and silver

i like the black more, but i like both because they are usually wild. they are more majestic to me because of that.

asians are beautiful though
