What's your favorite cut of steak?

Nothing beats brasilian cuts of beef.

I can travel a lot for the entire rib piano, slowly grilled turing around a fire for 12 hours. Meat melts in your mouth with all that crust.

Nothing compares, imho.
 
Any as long as it's medium/medium rare cooked with little to no herbs and spices.

I only eat with sprinkles of salt and pepper. Screw ketchup, it's a crime to contaminate a good steak with ketchup. I'll have steak sauce and/or Tabasco or hot sauce on the side if I feel like dipping a piece from time to time during my meal
 
Agreed.No ketchup or catsup on steak!...it's only for hot dogs,burgers or French fries anyhow.....I have got to visit the Brazilian steakhouse that we have here.
 
A nice bit of still mooing, introduced to the pan but nothing more piece of rump (or sirloin if being posh :p ) think they are different names for essay you have in the us lol, but they are so good.... With a bit of peppercorn sauce or Stilton sauce... Making myself very hungry now haha

Sauce is a crime with a good cut of meat. The only sauce I'll ever use is the seasoned blood and juices the potato didn't soak up.

yes, generally I agree. which is why I have it on the side.

I wouldn't pour it on my steak but I do enjoy it with a piece of the steak every 3-4 bites
