Isn't it nice to walk into a place and your meal is almost ready before you even sit down? Love it. That's why you can't beat the hole in the wall places.

Boudreaux's and Thibodaux's in Houma Louisiana is one of my favorites, unfortunately I lve just outside of Chicago. For a once a year treat Gibson's steak house in Chicago. As for typical any given weekend type of fare I'm fortunate to live in an area with lots of great local restaurants i can't really pick one overall favorite but depending on what I'm craving on I have a place.
