SO hard to pick.... I had a wonderful really soft Gorgonzola once that was probably one of my favorites. Super stinky, but so wonderful. (usually if you find it in a typical American store its hard crumbles)

Yarelsburg (sp) it's like a top quality swiss taste. It's great.
