Imo that stuff is a waste of money like most hikari stuff... Way too expensive for what you get... Just another filler/grain filled hikari product that costs an arm and a leg. Im another one using the carnivore sticks from YFS also (before the other two btw
. Its a much cheaper with a better ingredient list substitute for the overhyped hikari crap out there. Im getting great results in the growth department out of my magnumx and gorillus umbees using exclusively the YFS sticks for a few months now.

That has wheat, oat flour, and yeast too. You guys are all better off getting a good commercial aquaculture growth pellet, I've seen ones with better ingredient lists than this for 1/10 the price.
