I do 40%-50% on each tank every 4-6 days.

25% every Sunday. Just finished, as a matter of fact.

75% once a week though sometimes it's more like 90% and other times it's more like 60%

I gravel vac like every 2 weeks.

So is 12.5g change once a week out of a 55 gallon tank not enough? I do a lit vac to get the poooooo

There's virtually no free floating beneficial bacteria... Several members do up to 90% water changes.
