Congrats too all of you who have quit smoking or a working on quitting! I've never smoked, but I've watched people suffer and die from smoking and suffer while trying to quit too! It's a big accomplishment and something to be proud of! :clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap

I know it's not easy! Congrats again! :clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap

It is a dirty habit, I quit quite a while ago. Over a year now I think. Occasionally I'll have a cigar, but won't touch and dont even want a cigarette.
Still not smoking:) I still have the sealed pack that I bought when I decided that I didn't want them.

I'm glad I don't smoke.:)
How can you be proud of yourself for quitting if you don't start!?

You can be proud for not smoking at all.:D I guess in this case you have to smoke and then quit to be proud.lol

never smoked.
but my pal just quit a month ago. :D
bad habit to me...
although some part of me keeps telling me to try...
btw im only 15..

I currently smoke. Used to smoke regular brands now I roll my own. Havent quit this yet, but I quit drinking about 8-9 years ago, and also quit pot too around that time. It was kind of easy for me, but cigarettes I dont know.

I would like to quit and I know its bad for me, but its difficult. Its almost like I need it to get by, as if its like food or something essential to me.

Its a big addiction. If I go without a smoke for awhile I get agitated and anxious etc.
