I'm looking for a friend for my red belly pacu right now. And I'm really wanting a black pacu, but the one my lfs is selling is way too big for my tank right now. You guys know any place on the internet or around the orlando florida area? I really need some info.

Why you need a black pacu if you dont have proper tank for a black pacu?

I do.

If you can't properly care for it., you shouldn't own it. Here's to hoping you can't find one until you are responsible enough to understand animal husbandry.

at the public aquarium you can find them thats where they belong.

hey, why don't you grow up and be a responsible pet owner???

if you don't have a big enough tank for a pacu, then don't get one. simple as that.

I agree, what size tank do you have anyway ? a full grown pacu needs several hundred gallons ask anyone who has ever kept a full grown pacu

Black pacu are a little more difficult to find because they're not pond cultivated like the red belly pacu. You just have to keep your eyes peeled for the occassional black pacu that may become available from the few S.A. direct importers.
