Where do I start.... Long weekend :(

Not sure I really cleared this all up after the fact.... So here goes. All the TSN's made it to live another day and I currently have 1 on display at my brother in laws house. 2 of them in with my RTC x TSN hybrids which are outgrowing them by LEAPS and BOUNDS and they might become lunch soon so I have some more tank moving to do LOL

Lucky for me I've come across some more good deals on Fish Tanks recently :D as the Pond isn't done yet and it will still need to cycle for a month or two before I put Buster in there...Getting closer though :D

So about a week ago... I did something silly and bought 5 more TSN's before the LFS killed them from keeping them in a tank with pikes that ate everything before they had a chance to get anything to eat due to their itty bitty size and the pikes being easily 3 X larger than they were. 2 of them didn't make the trip home and passed away in the car on the way so now I have 3 more which are eating well and getting healthy.

Totals now are

TSN - 6
RTC x TSN - 2
RTC - 1
and some others but .... well we don't care about them as they aren't monsters LOL

Buster has moved back into his 300 gallon as well and seems to have adjusted very quickly since he never missed a meal... Crazy fish.


Hope this tidies up the thread alittle and doesn't leave it hanging to much
 
i dont get it ..? .... with all the trouble your having ... you got 5 more... and killed 2 more in the process ..? ..... maybe im missing something in the thread (if so i apologize).. ill read it again .....
 
yeah I suggest reading again... also check the dates ;) as well as note that I never killed any in the process ... they simply could not have survived under any circumstance as they didn't even have the energy to eat... I took them in order to help them as they were dead if I didn't take them or they had a glimmer of hope if I could have gotten them home and fed like their siblings Check out this thread to understand more about THAT situation
 
ahh .... looks like i commented without knowing all the facts ... i apologize basslover ...... i hope it works out for ya.... with all those soon to be HUGE fish ... you better get started on that 50,000 gal .:ROFL:
 
so glad to hear all worked out for ya, i was even nervous seeing the RTC so slose to the little TSN's, like the were on a dinner menu,or buffet table, and good save on the other TSN's.
 
know whatcha mean .. just started purchasing material for a 1500gal. indoor pond ... TSN/RTC/Channel cat.... :D ..... and yea .. with any luck ...it may be just a "grow out":ROFL:
 
Good to hear buster and his 300 are all good...
 
Years ago my 100 gallon decided to leak. Being a new fish owner, I did not have a back up plan. SO 2 tsn, 3 bala's, couple of jack dempseys ended up in the tub for over a week. LFS said to seal the tank, we did. Then the bottom panel broke. We bought a new tank. My bala's were eaten. We showered at the neighbours for a while. I can laugh now. Basslover34 I have enjoyed reading many of your threads or comments.
