That's a lot of chop chop if you plan to feed them to your fish... And I'm not even talk about the water change... Unless you have a lot of free time like Jeff here :ROFL::ROFL:

yeah bro it's alot of work, you could always have the butcher trim all the fat and all that unwanted stuff off.. for a few extra bucks beats havin to do it yourself; and I only do 1 water change a week not too bad. once you have the butcher cut it up in large cubes it real easy to cut it up to smaller pieces not that hard..

it not as bad as John makes it out to be...... like I said if you have the butcher cut them into large chunks just freeze them, then take a large chunck out, thaw and chop into smaller pieces for feeding

I didn't see how hard Jeff works... Kin gave me a detail description, and that's enough 4 me...:grinno: I was thinking to "beef" my dats and aro up, too... :grinno: How did you thaw the large chunk? Hot water or just leave them in the refrigerator overnight?

after I get the butcher to cut em up in chunks all I do when I get home is put them in little baggies if I had to feen I just take i chunck thaw it out and cut it up.... just leave the chunk in a little bowl with water doesn't take that long

Now I need da hook up :naughty::naughty:

Chicken Heart huh! I'm going to try that! Does it leaave a lot of oils in the water?? The last meat I got from a butcher, I had oils in my water (You could see rainbows on the top of my water)!

As stated by all the other members, local butcher shops usually have it.
