yeah bro it's alot of work, you could always have the butcher trim all the fat and all that unwanted stuff off.. for a few extra bucks beats havin to do it yourself; and I only do 1 water change a week not too bad. once you have the butcher cut it up in large cubes it real easy to cut it up to smaller pieces not that hard..
it not as bad as John makes it out to be...... like I said if you have the butcher cut them into large chunks just freeze them, then take a large chunck out, thaw and chop into smaller pieces for feeding
