Ur right he doesn't look that good. But when u sell 1000s of umbees u r bound to have a few that don't look as good as others that's the gamble anybody takes when buying small fish, and I don't breed any fish in ponds they are all breed in green houses so I know exactly what they are I never lie! Even if the other person doesn't like what I say lol! But very sorry for u not getting a top notch Umbee from me many many people have! But again sorry!
Damn, someone went crying to you already? lol I clearly struck a chord here.
But you do get your fish from several fish farms including Don Conkel's right? You've stated that plenty of times, I've seen it. So many of your fish still come from large ponds where you have no control over what breeds with what, unless you can provide proof that you import F0 fish from Central and South America to breed your own stock. I'm not talking about your ethics or how cool you might be (the service was excellent), I'm simply saying that when you deal with so many fish in such large settings there's no way you can control the quality of your product, and you have already agreed.
By the way, according to you the Umbee I got was "hand picked" and it was one of the largest you had at the moment. That's the reason you raised the price from $9 (as listed on your vendor page) to $40... and probably the reason you charged me $40 for 2-day shipping in the same state when the USPS label on the package said it cost you $14 lol
Here is a short vid I took with my cell phone sorry for the quality cell phone sucks lol

A random video from 2010 proves nothing, you could have 10 low quality pairs breeding in a concrete pool and only show the display to the public. You wouldn't be the first.
All I have to say is pictures don't lie. I already provided all the proof I needed to back up my claim.
