where to get small mouth bass

every spring the stores that sell farm supplies offer fish for sale to stock their ponds, they carry catfish, bass, blue gill in all sizes, and they are dirt cheap

None of them have smallmouth listed, but they might be able to get some for you. It might be tricky to find them in LA, since they're not often stocked in the deep south.

I am most interested in the LM and SM, but want a white as well, and would be interested to see how a Stipped fares, although they get a bit large for my tank

Come down to my neck of the woods, we have sm and lm and Lake Powell has stripers, (it is only a few hrs away)

if you got the space for sm and lms then you can do a white bass aswell...strippers would get to big...i can get all except strippers...
