after much consideration, i don't think i'll upgrade in the future. gotta to put this out of my mind, if i can't house it then i can't house it. thanks again fellows. i'll have to live vicariously thru you guys

Good on you for making the right decision, there's always fish we want to keep but can't, you have to draw the line somewhere!! Don't give up though, get planning and saving, and some day you'll be able to keep one.

There's a few people on this site who could learn a lot from that.......
