Which is the most aggressive SA/CA cichlid in your experience/opinion?

Convict mouths are too small... Therefore they would not be able to stand up in a major battle for very long, they would probably be more likely to fight guerilla style haha

My 5"-6" Dovii is a brute for his size. He fights with a 9" Crenicichla Lenticulata.

When I first bought my Amphilophus, he killed a 10" Hoplias. I was so mad, but I guess it happens. My Amphilophus is calm now and just wades around minding his own business.

That's what my Amphilophus was like before he calmed down. At 9" he had one that was a foot long upside down behind a rock within minutes. The foot long Amphilophus was beating up everything in a number of tanks.

In my opinion...there are a couple cichlids that are the most agressive...now this can differ between different fish because different fishes attitudes can differ on how they were raised, just like humans.

this is my list of the most agressive and its just my opinion, some can be meaner and some of these can be pussys from time to time lol no particular order

Red devil/midas
Umbee
Tilapia (Butti)
Managuense (jag)
Flowerhorn
Dovii

and for their size, id give convicts some credit
