Which is the most aggressive SA/CA cichlid in your experience/opinion?

Agressive, yes.. Hardy, yep.. Indestructable.. maybe..
I was cleaning my XP3 this morning after about 4 months of use. Inside I found 2 baby convicts from my last spawn. Their siblings are about 2 1/2 to 3" long already. but these guys are about thumbnail size. I dropped them into the same 135g they were born in and still alive they are.. They're in a tank with fish that can gulp them down in one quick bite (carpintis/GT).. Yet with rocks to hide in and plenty of room, they're surviving. Pretty well it seems. Amazing little fish convicts are..

My most aggressive fish so far was a female dovii
Half the size of her male but still beat him up every chance she got

A Buttikoferi cichlid...meanest I've ever owned soo far right now...than red devil..than Dovii..

Most Jaguars I see are mean, hard to keep them in tanks with other fish. Which is why I don't own one cause I think they're cool fish.
in my experience's with ca/sa cichlids. i would say pound-for-pound the most aggressive cichlid is a male convict. had one a few years ago in a 60g tank with full grown oscars and the convict terrorised them. the oscars would swim to the surface of the tank to try avoid confrontation.but, the convict (3-4" at the time) swam up and dragged the oscars down by grasping on to its anal fin. very pugnacious fish they are. . . tilapia marie are evil too. . . just two of my experiences with angr cichlids.
