I just added a Red Devil to my tank yesterday..HOLY hell this thing is an absolute terror. It tries to attack everything constantly. Yesterday he was cool just kinda moving gravel and doing his own thing. This morning, hes attacking everything nonstop. Every fish in the tank is almost twice his size. Ill be having his ass for lunch if he keeps it up.
Which is the most aggressive SA/CA cichlid in your experience/opinion?

the usual suspects (jags, dovii, midas/red devil, cons, etc) but theres also the occastional oscar who decides he doesn't like anything in his territory... lol. i have a red oscar and a regular (wild type) that always hang out (but have never even tried to lay eggs) together; nobody messes with the red! he attacks anything within striking distance, including a midas the same size and even a breeding pair of jags! (all adults, btw)
From personal exp., Red Devil are both mad and upfront. Dovii's fangs can tear up scales but mine was a bit shy.
My Salvini recently died from fatal wounds, so did my baby Jewel, and even crayfish. I understand that it could be my other cichlids as well, but I've been noticing Red Texas growing bigger and more aggressive than ever. Fangs

i Had a red devil, but had to get rid of it because it was too mean.. he'd bite whenever i was cleaning the tank
