Nice RD, but one question...how old is he?

4.5 inches supposedly.

I am gonna wait a couple months to get another Flowerhorn. I still need to get rid of the other flowerhorn and a couple of my tanks desperately need equipment like I had to get a heater for my 130 gallon because since its getting colder the heater I have now can only keep it at 76F. I also decided to get a 100g filter for my 55 gallon that has my fader bonsai and female parrot.

I do however still wanna go through Aquatic Central. We are going to drive down Disneyland this spring so I might just pick one up then since I wanna hit all the best SoCal stores.

Just get an AC110 for your tank if you want something 100gal+ for filtration. And if your going to come and drop into Aquatic Central, I highly advise you to hold and don't make any purchase yet. I will guarantee you that your eyes will lighten up when you walk into Aquatic Central, everything from great quality FH into master piece. And when I say master piece, I am not talking about fish that is $700 or $800. I'm talking about 2 racks and up, no joke. It's any flowerhorn hobbyist dream store to step into every time. I can almost say that when you see the true beauty or a Kamfa or Kamalau, you will pick it up rather than a RD(maybe you like RD more, but I use to be a RD fan until I get to know a little more about FH and its varieties).
The ones at Aquatic Central, are just the lower/medium class master piece. The true high class master piece are overseas still and never makes it here in the states. Number one reason is because no one can afford it($5,000+), number two reason is because it's their breeder fish, and last but not least...they can make more $$$ breeding it than selling the fish itself out. Anyways, the point is to hold off on buying any fish until you drop by Aquatic Central.
P.S. - If you want to get rid of it, just trade it in or something. Best you can do with it, I will give you some truth into it as far as your ZZ goes. It will not be something easy to get rid of, only because it's quality is not met with FH hobbyist satisfaction. Let it go for cheap, trade it in, or free...it's your best bet. ;)

I can't wait to go there. If I have to I will get rid of it by any means but it won't hurt to see if I can get some of my money back. Like I have said, Oregon is not nearly as saturated as Cali, it doesn't even come close.

I am really pleased with how my fader and my other zz are turning out for being lfs flowerhorn.
