Which one is the bigger killer, Hoplias Aimara or Channa Micropeltes

Hello,

i always guessed about those two fish which one is the more dangerous one, which one would e able to hunt the bigger prey etc.

Hoplias Aimara /macrophthalmus or channa micropeltes

As far as i know the channa git a little bit longer, but they are both in the same weight class.

Anyone able to add some experiences?

lol ... cant really compared these two as one is active (C. Micropeltes) and the other passive(Hoplias aimara) predatory fishes

Not that this question has meaning... However having owned both at larger sizes........ The Channa has no chance. Anyone that says different has not owned an Aimara. There is no question.

Theyve had this discussion in the past and it was generally agreed that if theyre both adults its whoever gets the first bite in.
