Argentea, just tied it up. I see umbees for sale more than I do argenteas. Also wont an umbee pair need more than a 210 (just going by what I read on here for umbee tank size)?

Easily argentea. I think as a whole female and male argentea look better then Umbee's and a ton more people can keep them. Large male umbee's look great, but that's it. Plus they get to large for almost all of aquarium keepers to keep.
I would keep the argentae and breed them. They are such a nice fish and I just have a soft spot for them. Their scales and metalic color just draws me to them. Your argentae is a beaut and you wouldn't want to get rid of such a specimen. Also, you don't have to worry about the bigger umbee male killing the female umbee and other aggression issues as much with the argentae. Another reason...... you can sell me the umbee. 
Argentea is my vote. They have been my favorite cichlid I've kept so far (note though, haven't kept an umbie yet).
My vote is Argentea, not for any real reason in particular, other than I just like the way they look more
