UPDATE:
Just came back from my trip to Singapore, the white ball is gone so I'm assuming it was just sand stuck on his/her Nostril.
Thanks for the help everyone

I have something else to deal with though, one of my auto feeders fell into my 10G and I suffered a loss of 4 Ember Tetras and really dirty water. Wish me luck,lol.
