White cotton stuff on growing on fish's eye

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the air line wont make a difference. she looks to be really bad off. id try the jungle fungus eliminator-i have used it before with success, but my fish wasnt as bad as this one-- its a pity, shes a beautiful fish.

I tried the Jungle fungus eliminator, but it seems it may have been too late. She stopped breathing heavy the other day with only sporadic movement. By Yesterday morning, she was no longer moving. :(

Thanks for the suggestions. I just got a UV sterilizer and hopefully it will prevent something like this from happening again.

A pic of during better days...

This will be moved to the SA fish forum. If possible please list your water parameters and a pic of the Oscar. Any tankmates?

It sounds like fungus on the eye of the Oscar. This can be treated with pristine water conditions. Please list everything that was asked in my first post.

There are no tank mates with my oscar, I just checked my pH (7.2) and my temperature is 78. I changed the water in my tank this morning and cleaned all of the plants, scrubbed the tank in case it was a parasite, and refilled the tank. The pH I described above is from about 5 minutes ago and the temp. Here is a picture:
