Hi
taking reservation deposit until they get 6 weeks old.

So just like last time you were here selling dogs from the last litter here is the law AGAIN

California’s law is the newest law that makes it a misdemeanor to sell a puppy under the age of eight weeks. Violation of the 2005 law can incur a fine of up to $250. Most state penalties, if even specified, range from a fine of $100 to a possible 30 days in jail. Many of the statutes make the action unlawful, but fail to describe what would happen to a person who violates the section.

:screwy: I am selling the dog not means i will release the dog when they under legal age . I am taking deposit for holding the dog.. I know the laws

serious buyer only

How many check ups at the vet will the pups have?

I guess what I am wondering the most is, besides a dog with some papers and one round of shots and a syringe full of wormer, what does $1200 pay for? You get a dog, on which you are keeping the registration limited, so they buyer cannot breed the dog either. (well they can, but then they cannot register the pups). I know that a litter of 8 Sheps don't cost $9600, but i do understand the want/need to make easy money. But for that price, I would think that you would be offering to have the pups at least micro-chipped. I guess I just am stunned that people are willing to pay $1200 a pup in Cali for a dog that comes with nothing other that the shots bought at the feed store. When we sold our Sheps, (yes champion bloodlines, whose parents were flown from Germany by our trainer/handler,and all parents were had their hips and elbows certified ) they came fully registered, with NO limitations, microchips, all shots, puppy kits, first bag of food so they didn't get upset stomachs changing over to the new owners food, a leash, collar, and all documentations from the vet certifying that they pups were healthy, all for $400-800 depending on the litter. To have the DNA on file (and AKC only asks for the MALE's DNA) that means that your male has sired multiple litters. All of our males were DNA documented too.

Why did you change from saying "Hi taking reservation deposit until they get 6 weeks old." to "I am selling the dog not means i will release the dog when they under legal age . I am taking deposit for holding the dog.. I know the laws" Seems to me you don't, since your story changed from post 1 to post 27.

Also, I hope you expect at least THIS LITTER, that the mother WILL stop cleaning up after the pups once they hit anywhere from 3-4 weeks. So yea, its gonna be a lot of work cleaning them up, and hopefully keeping them in clean conditions. Also, I would do more research on the food your are feeding. Nutro has many recalls, complaints and also, DOGS DON'T DIGEST GRAIN!!

All the question you asked is what i have to deal with buyers so please dont worry about my dogs and leave my thread alone.

Nutro is terrible for all dogs. It actually causes problems , i think all dog food does that nutro especially. I feed my great dane nothing but raw meat. He had skin alergies , yeast and is allergic to everything. He was under heavy medication , and shots. He wasnt the same so we changed to raw food and he is better than ever without meds.
