wondering should i be worried about this still swimming around fine and no where else on his body is that spot

you don’t see the white patch on the end if the tail?

Could be a bit of fin rot. Don’t look like much. Make sure it eats and clean water. Closer pics if able.

That looks like a bristlenose ancistrus?
All I see is the white tips. Which is the way many ancistrus are supposed to look when young.

That’s what I was thinking. Almost looked natural.

Edit: the bottom of the tail had the same coloration.
