Yeah,I've seen life sized stuff like that at some of the seasonal shops.....The old singing skull in liquid filled jar makes a yearly appearance too!

that's true too. but I'd also like some statues. but i'd prefer to buy a mask or head and make the body myself

I would get like 5 of the same mask and put all the statues together with their masks and get a costume exactly the same. When night falls just chill out by the statues and when someone comes by scare the crap of them!
