if i had it that long i'da kept it ^

what made you part with it?

My wife (since 2004) and 2 year old daughter hated it, plus after so long it still needed body work that I was in no hurry to fix. Plus I was lucky if I drove it once a month

It was hard... my plan is to have a more family friendly car.

 love the fox-bodies. High City Rida has a nice GT

had another pony car for 15 years...86 Camaro, but had to sell it

Nice... Looks like you have a bit to go though.. Good luck with the rebuild!!
Looks a lot like my 72 right now except for at least it looks like a car.. the 72 is a stack of parts..It is a 351 Cleveland.. I really want to buckle down and get her together but time is never on my side... I'll have to get over to the storage and get some pics.

Got a Turino too though that needs some TLC...

Yeah I have quite the project on my hands. If I didn't get it for such a good price I may have just passed it up. It needs new front frame rails.....bad. The gas tank needs replaced along with the driver's side door. Other than that it's in decent shape and came with a lot of new parts and some stuff I don't need like a '67 grill, 67-68 tail lights, 2 center consoles (not sure what year they belong to) among others. The floor pans in it aren't in that bad of shape but I'll probably just replace them anyways. When it comes to fixing up the motor I'd like to put a 347 stroker kit on it or if I'm lucky I can talk my buddy into selling me his 429 crate motor. :D

My cousin has either a '71 or '72 he restored a few years ago. He said it was a big pain in the butt to find parts for it. What year Torino? I'd love a 72!

Torino is a 72 also not a sport but I kind of also like the Notchback anyhow.. It kind of has taken a bit more of my attention than the 72 pony. It has a 302 W in it right now, but I have been thinking hard and long about maybe dropping the 351 Cleveland in it

Great mustangs, guys. Zoodiver is into the newer mustangs. I'm sure he will stumble across this thread soon.

Guess I found it. :D
I've had quite a few over the past 18 years, so I'll limit it to the current stable of 3.
