Where i live we use metric system.
Centimeters and i have to calculate it to inches to you guys.
Then i got 18 point 7 inches.

Maybe 1 foot 6" is more correct?

Roy, I think Jasno is is just confused by the european format for "point" we use (.) and europeans use (,) to denote fractions.
