I know he is not the biggest. We have one that is about 18" now. We had him since he was about 5" and bought him about 2 years ago in the LFS, but did not know that he would eat everything in the tank. We call him Mr.Fit (If it fit's in his mouth, he will eat it.). He is now part of the family and pretty much here to stay...

I think most owners as previously stated either dump them or give them back to pet shops....not to de-rail but ive seen a couple of 3'+ TSN in a local canal...heard of some big RTC in another area...havent seen them yet though...

yup ive seen some TSN's 30"+ before near my area for display but no longer in the aquarium it was being kept in...but saw some 30-40" RTC's in this video of some dude with 2 of them in a pond he made...it was pretty long of a pond and wide
