glad you liked the pics..check out my personal gallery to see my other "monsters"...neolamprologus ocellatus..what they lack in size they sure make up in attitude..guess i like both ends of the spectrum...
my 180 is 24" front to back and he's maybe 2" longer than that give or take so he's right around 26" or 27" i guess. hard to get him to stay lengthwise at the front of the tank to measure. whenever anyone gets near the tank he thinks it's feeding time.
must be lack of tankspace but awesome fish.
a 12yr old arowana should be close to max size of 3ft+ imo
my neighbor down the street grew one in a 80gal for 3.5yrs, its 30" already
seaworld san diego's silver arowana is no more then 15-20yrs old and its well well well over 3.5ft and like 12" tall
