Saw a silver aero yesterday they said she was 10 years old she was 20 to 22" awesome fish. dont know is that big enough?

10 years old at size 22 inches is a small arow but who knows what kind of nutrition it had through the years or even if it is really 10 years old.. {not that i am saying she isn't} it is just that people throw out all kinds of ages if their not sure.. but if she is 10 years old that is great..where did you see the Arow? One thing is for sure..10 years old is music to my ears;)

I am sorry..sometimes things just happen..:(

We HAD a 30" silver at work we kept for about 5 years before it died mysteriously one night. They previous owners claimed to have had it in a 180 gallon for atleast 7 or 8 years. I measured it when it died and it was exactly 30" and 15 lbs. Here is a link.

I think alot of people trade their fish in before the 4 year mark, most people just get bored and want something new. Or they realize that the aro is just to big for their bank book.

ok.. what does that mean? do they somehow become far more expensive to feed suddenly at the 4 year mark? if they do someone should tell me now whlie my Pinky is still young.

It means that{ Pinky}Arow is going to need a large tank.. the feeding amount does not change much. and sometimes it actually decreases because a growing Arow needs a little more...:D
