who is at the end of their fish line?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Davo is onto something. I have ALREADY resorted to plastic containers for my lungfish collection. They must be kept singly, so... you get the picture ... racks... lol

Got to do what you can ..:D

Yep, you got that right :) 30 tanks - quite nice indeed.

I keep trying to scale back, but it never works...:irked:

I am at my limit of what I can properly take care of but the urge to expand is still there. There are two 30" arows available here on Craigslist, but I had to say no :(

(I need a girlfriend that is into fish tanks)

haha that would help..:D

With 30 tanks, do you have an auto water changer? I always dream of a huge central filtration system like what you see in a LFS, but then again, I only have 2 tanks. No need for all that equipment except for your specialized tanks.

Me:
Running four tanks. 150 gal, 55 gal, 30 gal and 20 gal.
Two boarded tanks and two apartment tanks. Don't want to care for more tanks besides maybe raising a batch of fry.

Even if I got my own place with lots of space and started earning a decent salary...I haven't a great desire to go bigger and get more. What I am hoping for is to keep upgrading on the tanks I already have...I know I'll have more money once my careers pick up more, however I also will have less to care for the tanks...So it'll even out.

In my daydreams....I've got my own massage room ( I'm training to be a massage therapist)...it's like the massage room at my instructors' house with one wall of windows. Along the wall next to the windows I'll put my 150 gal and make it a full planted tank. My clients will be to watch my fish while getting a massage.

My 55 gal will be put next to my bed as someone on here did it so I can watch the plecos at night.

My thirty gal and twenty will contain bettas and be in my studio next to my computer...Ok like it is now.

we have a brand new water system where we can get hard water for the fish that require it and we have soft water for the fish that require it soft.. we have total purification system to give us PURE water and nothing but water but we do all our water changes by hand.. :WHOA: Thats why and the only reason we must stop at 30 haha.. when you finish the last tank it is time to do the first one again.. never ending cycle of cycles..:nilly: Here is our new water system off our new well.. i don't underestand it so don't ask me any questions.. but all info is welcome..
