We reached our limit for sure.twenty tanks in a one bedroom apartment! We have no dinning table, book cases,or sofas.Only fish tanks.

 :WHOA: I'm in a one bedroom apartment and I thought I had a lot of tanks for a one bedroom apartment. I've got my other interests plus my studio supplies...Yeah you are are dedicated....

It's true thank you guys,i wasn't being sarcastic.

My personal take on this is that at some point a hobby could turn into an obsession or compulsion for going bigger and gets out of control. I think we need to regulate ourselves with what is average or a hobby from that which envelopes all the time we have for other more necessary things in life. I'd imagine if I let my hobby get out of hand, it would become a burden on me and not as much fun anymore. If this is your only interest, more power to you.

you are so right.. and i do spread myself thin..good thing i have a hubby that controls me to a point of being nessasary.. i have horses and parrots and dogs and love cooking and gardening and house decorating and shopping haha.. so i am agreeable that you should always keep things to the point that you enjoy it and above all have time to always care for it properly..

I may be at the end for now. After spending 10 hours a day looking after 30 enclosures of small and furry, birds and reptiles and 95 tanks at work, it's very hard to come home and start all over again. Then again, I can't imagine not being surrounded by animals 24/7.
