The dorsal doesn't seem rectangular enough and the nose is too blunt. These guys are a real headscratcher. Guess they need to put on some size.
I did a plant thinning and now I can actually see everyone a bit easier. Pic won't rotate, hmmm
Your tank looks great. Guess you'll have to wait till they get bigger. Keep me posted on the update. My 3 does not hang out together. They each have their own cave.
Ive tried to get decent update pics but they are so quick. They've maybe added a half inch, seem to be slow growers. 2 are mostly slate colored while the third still has stripes. They all have pale orange at the base of the tail. The striped one seems to be the most territorial and chases everyone away from its spot.
Wow that's a nice pattern on it. My biggest one is pushing 4" but no stripes like that. Like you said, more of a tan to charcoal colored body.
Well tragedy happened today and I lost all 3 of the Y. Eos. Don’t know what happened. I had them in the 30gallon with some zebra danios, neons, shrimps and cories. All the other fish are fine. Maybe it’s the stress of movin them. Well the biggest is 5”.
