These tracks look very close to the tracks of my pet wolf, so I would guess coyote. When wolfs and coyotes walk they will place there back paws where there fronts just were leaving that straight path. They also have a tendency to drag there paws some or walk sniffing the ground leaving drag marks. Whenever I let my pet wolf in he always has a pile of snow on his nose from dragging it along in the snow.
