Here is a cheater's recipe for the pie that I use camping, it is not the real thing but still very tasty and nice with a meal like the one above.
EASY KEY LIME PIE
1 graham cracker crust
2/3 c. lime juice
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Mix lime juice and milk. Slowly add Cool Whip. Pour into crust and refrigerate until firm.
This is a meal even an engineer could cook.
