  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You also have to take in consideration length vs weight. A catfish can easily outweigh many of its competitors of twice its length.

you are right but the cat fish that can outweigh Arapaima is listed at critical endanger, and there is no way we can have those thing in home aquarium !

i say at the moment kdrun76 is winning with his pacu :) whose got some thing better like an aro or rtc gar lungfish anything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is my blue whale, his name is otto, he is 63 years old and lives in the moat around my castle! i mainly feed him live foods. My Moat has 60 Billion Gallons of salt water and is a mile deep, at the bottom of the moat there is a secret door to my lair (which of course otto defends). However in my freshwater tanks my largest fish is just an oscar

I like this thread, i wonder if anybody keeps a full grown alligator gar

HAHA........you would win;), except a whale is not a fish.

On a more serious note, I too wonder if anyone is keeping an adult alligator gar outside of a public aquarium.
