Remind me what I told him. I never advocated for him to buy it I just used a large dosage of sarcasm to try to make him think about how he sounds right now.
His reading skills could use a touch up. The state website is pretty clear about what is restricted here. And spiney eels and peacock bass aren't on the list.

Also I wasn't stating I was gonna buy any of these fish but I would enjoy owning a pair of stingrays and I'm finding it hard to believe all species are banned and even my local petco sells these eels
Your local petco should not be sell them. No matter how many stores in your state carries a banned species, you should not buy the banned species and those stores should not be selling the banned species. Just because they have them, doesn't mean you should buy them.
lol ok I'm not arguing you, I didn't put this up to fight with anyone. I was just stating they are their for sell and that I wanted one of the fish on this list. I was checking to see how legit this was and how the stores were able to do these things if they are in fact illegal nvm.
I do not want to argue with anyone either. I am just saying you can want to have all of the banned fish you want, but you can not buy them, even though your store has them. You can not buy them because they are illegal. A store can sell an illegal fish, but that does not make it legal.
