Why can't girls ever ask a guy out instead

hmm good ques.. i dunno.. im not used to asking guys out... so i dont do it.. but then if i saw a really hot guy who i thought was nice i'd probably try to be his friend first then see if i like him enough to ask him out.

but thats never happened before
 
i have never had to ask a girl out they always flirt and ask me out. just waiting for the right woman tho:)
