NO wolf does NOT really like Dats... he IS however intrested in hearing about why they (and others) seem to be so popular on MFK.

The thread is far more intresting and valad than a great many others started here and is an oppertunity to provide information to hobbiests who may in fact BE intrested.

If asked in a similar thread (not this one) about the RTC I'd be more than happy to explain my attraction...without, I might add, making comments about the validity of the original post.

2. They look great
3. They aren't super-aggressive so you can keep them in groups, and with other larger not-so-aggressive fish.

Sharing information was the origional point. Explaining your facination with a certian type fish is a great way to intrest others in them and possibly answer a few questions and even clear up some misconceptions.

i see Dats with peacock bass a lot.. aren't Dats from CA or SA anyway? i don't know.. seems like it wouldn't be a problem as long as the other fish don't bother them. My peacock bass don't bother my snooks..
