After I seeded the filters and let the tank run over night, all the levels started coming back to normal and the tank is back now and doing great. Thanks for all the suggestions!

Glad you got things sorted. Its difficult for anyone to say why or what actually happened, but from what I understand you went through a miny cycle.

Just remember when cleaning: tank or filters, not both!
