tigers are not that expencive when you compair them to say Black rays or asian aros

some people are not happy unless they are getting ST for $150

i think a 12inch ST is worth $400 of anyones money

It all depends on your financial situation. A $500 fish might be expensive to one but not another. :grinno:

true but a fish as nice as a ST is worth $400 alday long if people find that expencive then they should look at other tigers like IT,AT or NTT

People should only buy fish they can afford dont leave yourself broke over a fish

i see people on arofanatics buying aros on credit thats crazy to me say the fish dies you still have to make the payments

take credit to buy a car house improvements or to feed your kids but not a fish

Well being financially responsible is a whole other subject all together, people are really dumb when it comes to money and credit

i was just stating i have expensive taste, not by choice.i am not afraid of hard work so i am able to buy whatever i want.i work hard but play harder.

Even if I take out $400 at this moment, no one would sell me a ST

I can afford the fish, I can afford the tank

BUT

I cant afford the monthly water and electrical bill :nilly: Worsier than financing a car :irked: bottomless pit :irked:

what is the difference paying cash or credit? either way you pay $400-$1000 if the fish dies you are still out the money... I strictly pay cash because I dont believe in credit but the logic seems flawed to me because either way you are out the money...

Or you can do what a lot of people do and put it on your credit card then you just pay your bill in full at the end of the month...

Nothing wrong with having expensive taste. Just as long as you work hard or have the money for it (without having to spend bill money).

Nice Tiger!!!

Beautiful fish. Even if it costed more I'd probably doll out the same amount.

They aren't kidding when the say this is a heck of a hobby.

if you have to use credit to buy a fish you cant realy afford it or you would have the spare cash

if you use cash if the fish dies you wont have to keep paying the repayments

its a hobby so you should only use your spare cash

Hotfishgirl sorry for the derail nice ST i have expencive taste and work hard but would never borrow money to buy a fish

i have a fish budget which i spend each year which covers everything if i breed any fish that money goes back into the fish budget
